How to get the most accurate score

For product owners and brands: clear claims plus clear evidence gives the engine better signals and a more accurate result.

How scoring accuracy works

Our system scores claim credibility using what it can extract and verify from accessible content. If evidence is missing, unclear, or disconnected from claims, the result becomes more conservative.

The best format is one clear page, or one PDF, that includes both the claims and the supporting evidence together.

Important clarification

Providing better documentation does not guarantee a higher score. It improves fairness and precision by reducing ambiguity.

What to provide for better accuracy

  • Clear product name and category.
  • Ingredient list or technical specs.
  • Specific claims (not generic marketing language).
  • Linked supporting evidence for each key claim.
  • Accessible information in visible content, not hidden behind scripts, modals, or gated files.

What reduces scoring accuracy

  • Information hidden from normal page extraction.
  • Vague claims that are hard to test or map to evidence.
  • No ingredient/spec transparency.
  • Evidence that is present but not linked to the claims it is meant to support.
